Brooke began her yoga journey as a child growing up in a household where mediation was a normal practice. Mindfulness was the energetic background of her exposure in the form of music, nature, and culture. She was infused with a simple and minimalist style of living in the mountains being surrounded by forest and various wildlife and believes that those times really shaped who she is today.

My mission and dream as a yoga instructor is to reach those in need of reconnecting with their bodies. Yoga has guided me through the darkest moments of my life, and I believe it has the ability to do the same for others. I encourage all of my students to repeat mantras, which promote self-love and self-acceptance. I believe that maintaining this awareness and control over one’s body and mind can play a significant role in reducing anxiety and depression, even when those originate from trauma.

Heather sees the practice of yoga as a tool to deepen the relationship with our own bodies, minds, and souls in order to live more authentic, whole, and meaningful lives. Heather also sees yoga as a way to connect with our playful and creative side and encourages her students to connect with that in their practice through trying new things and moving how the body wants to move, even dancing if the body wants to dance. Expect to flow without rules, increase self love, and nourish your soul when flowing with Heather.
