I have a master's degree in dance, so naturally, I went on to build three companies.

That was definitely not the plan.

I grew up in Thailand, moved to a new country, became a mom, and found myself trying to build a life while learning how everything worked at the same time. At some point, making money stopped being an abstract idea. I had kids depending on me. I needed to create something that gave us choices.

So I learned business the way many women do. I figured it out while doing it.

And I got plenty wrong.

I undercharged because I wanted people to say yes. I overexplained because I thought more information would make people trust me. I agreed to things I didn't really want to do because I was afraid of losing the opportunity.

For a long time, I also believed successful people knew how to be louder than everyone else in the room.

More confident. More persuasive. More polished. More "salesy."

I tried some of that.

It never felt like me.

What took me years to understand was that being quiet wasn't the thing holding me back. In fact, some of the biggest changes in my business happened when I stopped trying so hard to prove myself.

I prepared more.

I listened longer.

I asked better questions.

I stopped filling every silence because I was nervous about what the other person might be thinking.

And when it was time to make the offer, I learned to say what needed to be said clearly, then give the other person enough space to actually respond.

That changed the way I sold, the way I led, and honestly, the way I saw myself.

Because so many of us have been taught that getting ahead means becoming someone else. We think we need a bigger personality, a perfect story, the right words, more confidence, or some version of ourselves that finally feels "ready."

I don't believe that anymore.

I think some of our best work starts when we stop performing and start paying attention.

That's a big part of why I created the Say Less Podcast.

I want conversations with women who have built things, lost things, changed direction, started over, surprised themselves, made decisions nobody understood, or created success in a way that didn't look anything like the original plan.

Not just the polished version.

I want to talk about what really happened in the room.

The decision you almost didn't make.

The thing you had to stop doing.

The moment you realized the old version of success wasn't working anymore.

The lesson you learned only after getting it wrong first.

Because that's where I think the best conversations are.

And yes, somewhere along the way, I also learned one of the most profitable skills in business:

Knowing when to shut up. 😂

 THE SHOW

Everything I wish someone had told me.

No fluff. No mindset spirals. One idea per episode, and something you can actually use by Thursday.

  • Selling without becoming a person you don't recognize
  • Money and how to stop flinching when you say your price
  • Business and what to actually do next when you're the engine of everything
  • Positioning so the right people already trust you before you speak
  • The unglamorous parts nobody warns you about

 LET ME GUESS….

You're really good at what you do. Like, really good.

  • You watch louder, less-talented people scoop up the deals that should've been yours
  • You know you should charge more, but money talk makes you squirm
  • You overexplain, then wonder why they went quiet
  • You want a bigger business and a bigger life, not one at the cost of the other.  Yeah. Same.

 WEALTH, THE REAL KIND…

Money is one dimension.
There are five more.

SPIRITUAL.    MENTAL.    PHYSICAL.    EMOTIONAL.    AND FINANCIAL.

Because what's the point of building a successful business if you're miserable living the life that came with it?

You can be ambitious and present. You can make money and have meaning.

I'm not interested in making you rich in the bank and bankrupt everywhere else

The most expensive silence I never let happen.

You're not bad at sales.
You're talking too much.

The 25% rule, and what ignoring it costs you.

Low prices are harder than high ones.

than charging $2,000.

Say less.

Let them say yes.

You don't have to get louder to win bigger. You just have to trust yourself more, ask better questions, make the offer, and know when to zip it. If you're building something bigger, not just a bigger business but a bigger life, I think you're going to like it here.
