Both days of the conference will run from 9am - 5pm. Please come on time and plan accordingly.

If you are traveling to New York, we recommend that you arrive the evening before the conference in case of traveling delays or flight issues. There are several airports in the area. Please book your flight(s) and hotel room(s) well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.

If you are local, please try to be in the hotel at least 30 minutes before the conference starts each day.

No. The registration fee does not include travel expenses or lodging. Lunch will be provided each day.

Yes. The video of your presentation and a photograph of you speaking are included in your registration fee.

This is a speaking and networking event focused on a more intimate sharing of ideas. The audience will consist of other speakers, as well as attendees who have paid for a ticket. Typical audience sizes consist of around 50-70 people.

We do not currently pay any of our speakers or presenters or offer free speaking spots. However, this is a networking event for professionals in the industry, and the contacts that you will gain from this event are well worth the registration fee to be included.
