Stories have shaped my life. Some I've written. Some I've lived. Others I've had the privilege of helping bring to the screen.
Through books and filmmaking, I explore what makes us human: the courage to begin again, the strength to overcome, and the extraordinary impact of an ordinary life.
This is a collection of stories that matter to me - the ones that taught me something, changed me, or reminded me why storytelling is worth the work.

02 / A NOTE FROM NIM
I have always believed a story can change the person who hears it.
Long before I understood publishing or film production, I understood what it felt like to have a story inside me that was difficult to explain.
I grew up in Thailand. My journey eventually led me across the world, into motherhood, entrepreneurship, writing, and the kind of reinvention I could never have planned in advance.
Writing gave me a way to make sense of that journey. Film offered another way to share it. And producing stories for other people has taught me how much trust is involved when someone allows you to help tell theirs.
The most meaningful stories don't simply entertain us. They help us recognize something true.
This collection brings together my books, documentary work, and selected productions created in collaboration with remarkable people. Every project has its own voice. What connects them is a belief that stories deserve to be treated with care.

Thai Tiger
The story I once had to survive became the story I finally learned to tell.
Thai Tiger is my personal account of finding strength through uncertainty, learning to begin again, and building a life beyond the limitations other people imagined for me.
From my early years in Thailand to the challenges and opportunities that followed in America, this book holds the experiences that shaped the way I think about courage, work, identity, and possibility.
Writing it meant looking honestly at where I came from and the person I was still becoming. Sharing it meant accepting that someone else might find a little of their own courage inside my story.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is listen.
I've spent years in conversations where the pressure to say more can make us forget what really matters: understanding the person in front of us.
Say Less grew from that observation. It explores a more thoughtful way of communicating - one shaped by preparation, better questions, listening, trust, and the confidence to let silence do its work.
The ideas come from my life as an entrepreneur and leader, but their meaning reaches beyond a sales conversation. How we listen changes how we connect. How we connect changes what becomes possible.
This is my newest book and a new chapter in the conversation I've been having about influence, opportunity, and showing up as yourself.

It speaks to the part of us that knows there is more we want to experience, build, or contribute - even when the road ahead is not entirely clear.
This book represents an earlier chapter of my work, one that helped shape how I approach discipline, purpose, and the courage to keep moving.

When a story asks to be seen.
There are moments a book can hold beautifully. There are others that ask for a face, a pause, a voice, a place, or the silence between two words.
Film opened a new creative language for me. It allowed me to explore not only what happened in a person's life, but what it felt like to live through it.
These documentary projects are part of an ongoing journey: learning how to bring true stories to the screen with emotional honesty and respect for the people at their center.

A life I once thought I had to explain became a film I could finally share.
Thai Tiger brings parts of my personal journey into a visual form, from the experiences that shaped me in Thailand to the work and responsibility of building a life in the United States.
At its heart, the film asks what it means to find strength without losing your humanity - and how the stories we carry can become something we offer to others.
Seeing my life translated into film has been a reminder that stories can grow beyond the format in which they first began.
The film is based on my life and book, Thai Tiger.

One of the greatest privileges of my creative work is being trusted with someone else's story.
Documentary production begins long before the camera is turned on. It begins with listening: understanding the person, discovering what matters, and finding a way to honor the truth of their experience.
I've worked with authors, leaders, and individuals who are willing to share their lives and ideas on screen. Each project is different, but the care behind it remains the same.

I love the finished film, but I have learned to appreciate the moments that make it possible: the first conversation, the difficult question, the quiet pause, and the trust built along the way.
Production is not only about beautiful images. It's about understanding what matters to the person whose story we're telling, making thoughtful choices together, and carrying that intention into every stage of the process.
The work behind the scenes rarely gets applause. I think it deserves to be seen, too.

I don't believe every story needs to be famous. I believe every meaningful story deserves the chance to be heard.
